TRAVERSE CITY — If early reading is key to success in later life, finding books children want to read is essential.That's where the Traverse City Children's Book Festival comes in. The first annual festival is planned for Saturday, Nov. 13, at the City Opera House and will offer a sampling of some of the best children's books from a variety of Michigan and national publishers."
